At Lakelands Primary School, our School Council plays a vital role in shaping the future of our school community. 

Our council members, who are voted for by their peers after giving speeches, work collaboratively to represent their peers, share ideas, and lead initiatives that enhance school life. From organising events to promoting positive changes, they are dedicated to making our school a better place for everyone.

We meet half termly about various issues the impact the school, including:

• school culture and behaviour
• lunchtime play
• building community links
